Terms & Conditions Kopi4D – Malaysia Online Entertainment Platform Usage Policy

1Eligibility and Account Registration

Kopi4D's services are available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account on the Kopi4D platform, you confirm that you satisfy all the conditions stated here.

1.1 Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Kopi4D platform. Kopi4D takes the protection of minors seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or terminate any account suspected of belonging to an underage user until age verification is completed.

1.2 User Location
The Kopi4D platform is designed specifically for the Malaysian market. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Kopi4D's services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Kopi4D is not liable for any violation of local laws committed by users.

1.3 Registration Information
By registering a Kopi4D account, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, truthful, current, and complete information as required in the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration details to ensure they remain accurate and current.
• Provide an active Malaysian phone number that can be verified via SMS OTP.
• Not using another person's identity or false information during registration.

1.4 One Account Per Person
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Kopi4D. This includes accounts registered under the same name, address, phone number, IP address, or payment details. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in all related accounts being frozen and all balances and bonuses within them being forfeited.

2Account Usage & Security

2.1 Account Confidentiality
You are solely responsible for keeping your Kopi4D username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Kopi4D will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

2.2 Account Activity
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the Kopi4D support team immediately via 24/7 live chat.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
Kopi4D reserves the right to request identity verification documents from members at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified amount. Documents that may be requested include:

• A copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (screenshot of your e-wallet account or bank statement).

Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account's withdrawal facility until the verification process is completed.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Kopi4D accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM):

3.2 Deposit Policy
All deposits must come from a legitimate source and be owned by the Kopi4D account holder themselves. Kopi4D does not accept third-party deposits. Failed deposits will be returned to the original source within 1 to 3 business days. Kopi4D does not charge any processing fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals can only be processed to the same or similar payment method used for the deposit. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering. Kopi4D processes withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes for regular members and within 5 minutes for Kopi4D VIP members. Processing time starts from when the withdrawal request is approved by the system, not from when the request was submitted.

3.4 Bonus Withdrawal Requirements
Account balances arising from Kopi4D bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they can be withdrawn. Kopi4D reserves the right to request identity verification before approving large withdrawals to ensure transaction security.

4Bonus & Promotions Terms

Kopi4D offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly rebates, Hari Raya promotions, and member tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

4.1 Bonus Eligibility
The Kopi4D welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit. Each member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once through duplicate accounts will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and the freezing of those accounts.

4.2 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)
All bonuses received must meet the minimum wagering requirements before any winnings derived from those bonuses can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the respective promotion terms. As a general guide:

• Wagers on slots games generally count 100% towards the rollover requirement.

4.3 General Bonus Terms
Kopi4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Unclaimed bonuses will expire automatically after the specified period. Kopi4D reserves the right to decline bonus claims where there are signs of promotional system abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting and low-risk wagering designed solely to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk.

5Game Rules

5.1 Game Fairness
All games offered on the Kopi4D platform — including slots, Live Casino, roulette, baccarat, blackjack, Sports Betting, and e-sports — operate on fair, verified systems. RNG (Random Number Generator) games use software from certified providers whose RNG has been independently audited and certified. Live dealer games use real physical wheels, cards, and dice, streamed live from licensed studios.

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Bets

Players are encouraged to read those rules before placing any Sports Betting or e-sports wagers.

6Prohibitions and Restrictions

Use of the Kopi4D platform is subject to the following prohibitions. Violating any of these may result in immediate account suspension or termination without any refund:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use automated software (bots) to play is strictly prohibited on the Kopi4D platform.
• Money Laundering: The Kopi4D platform may not be used for money laundering or any other illegal activity. Kopi4D complies with Malaysia's Anti-Money Laundering laws and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts, different payment cards, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage from Kopi4D's bonus system is strictly prohibited.
• Syndicate Professional Betting: The use of betting syndicates or group strategies designed to exploit Kopi4D's odds system is prohibited.
• Age Group: Registering or using the Kopi4D platform on behalf of any individual under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

7Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Voluntary Closure by Member
You may close your Kopi4D account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be returned to you via the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the completion of any outstanding bonus rollover requirements.

7.2 Closure or Suspension by Kopi4D
Kopi4D reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term set out in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

7.3 Self-Exclusion
Kopi4D supports players who choose to take a break from gambling. Members may request a temporary self-exclusion (between 1 week and 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting our support team. During the self-exclusion period, your account will be frozen and you will be unable to make deposits or place bets. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned after the verification process is completed.

9Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Kopi4D platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, images, software, and code — is the intellectual property of Kopi4D or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in force in Malaysia.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, upload, display, or use any content from the Kopi4D platform without prior written consent from Kopi4D. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

10Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the Kopi4D platform shall be resolved through the following process:

10.1 Resolution via Support
The first step is to contact the Kopi4D customer support team via 24/7 live chat or by email at support@kopi4d.top. Most issues can be resolved within 24 hours through our support channels. Kopi4D is committed to responding to all complaints within 48 business hours.

10.2 Amendments to Terms
Kopi4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Registered members will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before the amendments take effect. Your continued use of the Kopi4D platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
